2、打字速度快，能同时与多个线上客户沟通
3、有耐心，热情，喜欢与客户聊天沟通，不厌其烦
4、对房地产及网络销售感兴趣
5、能长期做，能承受工作压力
6、有网络客服经验优先
工作岗位职责：
1、通过网站线上聊天系统与客户沟通，解答客户提出的各种问题
2、及时与用户沟通，负责收集客户信息，了解并分析客户需求，推荐合适房源
3、负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通
4、定期或不定期进行客户回访，以检查客户关系维护的情况
5、负责回复订房后相关问题，与英国同事反馈客户需求

2．有较好的听说读写的英语能力;

6．具有极好的敬业精神、团队精神、有明确目标;
工作岗位职责：
1、利用各种网络渠道发布公司房源信息，吸引租客咨询；
2、解答租客疑问，根据租客需求，安排租客实地看房；
3、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务；
4、管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划；
5、完成上级领导安排的工作。

booking inquiries in a professional manner, provide feedbacks to UK team.
• Building and

About You

• Matching clients

offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord.

About You
• Experience in the
Property Letting Agent
• Good level of
Business English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Inbound /
Outbound calling experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous sales
experience would be beneficial.
• Oversea education
background or working experiences would be a plus.
• A team player but
also capable to work independently
