工作岗位职责:
1、通过网站线上聊天系统与客户沟通,解答客户提出的各种问题
2、及时与用户沟通,负责收集客户信息,了解并分析客户需求,推荐合适房源
3、负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通
4、定期或不定期进行客户回访,以检查客户关系维护的情况
5、负责回复订房后相关问题,与英国同事反馈客户需求

工作岗位职责:
1、利用各种网络渠道发布公司房源信息,吸引租客咨询;

3、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售任务;
4、管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划;
5、完成上级领导安排的工作。

Role & Responsibilities
• Responding to live Chats, emailed support requests, and customer enquiries using our media platforms.
• Attracts potential clients by answering property and service questions and suggesting information about other properties and services.
• Problem solving with customers to resolve issues.
• Dealing with booking inquiries in a professional manner, provide feedbacks to UK team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You

Role & Responsibilities
• Good knowledge skills to run social media platforms to promote and popularize our services.
• Marketing and Letting private apartment & house.
• Generating new instructions by way of outbound calling.
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord.
• Preparing info of properties for advertising.
About You
• Experience in the Property Letting Agent
• Good level of Business English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Inbound / Outbound calling experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
• Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus.
• A team player but also capable to work independently
• Engage people in interactions, active, energetic and enthusiastic
